A Celebration of Life service for Ola Jean Chrestman Hagen, 82 of Rienzi, is set for Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 4:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Burial will be at Forrest Memorial Park on Monday, April 16, 2018. Visitation will be Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Magnolia Funeral Home . Born July 18, 1935 in Little Rock, AR, Ola Jean was a retired Nursing Instructor at NEMCC for 18 years and a public health nurse for 4 years. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Tate Baptist Church. Ola Jean was a tutor for Corinth-Alcorn Literacy Council and a member of MS Volunteer Homemakers. She enjoyed doing crafts, teaching, going to church, spending time with her grandchildren and being the family historian. Ola Jean is survived by her daughter, Jamey Louise Hagen Bragg and husband Kevin of Biggersville; 5 grandchildren, Samuel Bragg and wife Caty, Seth Bragg and wife Kayce, Mary Elizabeth Killough, James Shannon Hagen and Sean Hagen; a great grandson, Joshua Killough; former daughter-in-law: Glenda Hagen of Corinth; brothers, James Edward Chrestman and wife Jewel of Little Rock, AR and Donald Lee Chrestman of Brinkley, AR; sisters, Mary Louise Chrestman of West Memphis, AR and Emma Geneva Ford and husband Philip of Cordova, TN; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl Francis Hagen; son, Donald “Frank” Francis Hagen; father, James Edward Chrestman; mother, Ola Pearl Wilkerson Chrestman and a sister, Virginia Lucille Taylor. Bro. Warren Jones will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Samuel Bragg, Seth Bragg, James Shannon Hagen, Sean Hagen, Phillip Ford, Terry Tritsch, Matt Loftin and Delbert Tristsch. Magnolia Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ola Jean Chrestman Hagen.
