Jeffrey Ray Pearce, 58, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at his residence. He was born March 5, 1960 to the late Maurice Pearce and Myra Sue Riggs Pearce. He retired from truck driving after 31 years of service. He was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. He enjoyed singing gospel music with the Master’s Quartet and with the Singing Prophets, and spending time with his wife and his dog, Wickett.
Services with military honors will be at 3:00 pm on Friday April 13, 2018 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Dewitt Bain, and Bro. John Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday April 12 at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
He is survived by his Wife, Leslie Pearce of Booneville, Mother, Myra Sue Pearce of Fulton, Son, Jeff Pearce, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Grandchildren, Morgan Pearce, Madeline Pearce, Luke Pearce, and Zach Pearce, Sister, Beverly (Ben) Beane of Fulton, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, and special friend and caretaker, Elaine Cartwright.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Maurice Pearce, Paternal Grandparents, Ross and Oleta Pearce, and Maternal Grandparents, Jessie and Faye Riggs.
Pallbearers will be Ben Beane, Donald Talent, Terry Jones, Alan Rooker,Daniel Vickery, and Jerry King.
