Marjorie Walker Clayton, age 95, of Summertown, TN passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at her residence. She was a native of the Brace Community, a 1940 graduate of Summertown High School, retired from Publix Shirt Factory, and a member of Unity Baptist Church. Mrs. Clayton was also very involved in politics.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Jackson and Hettie Keeton Walker; her husband, Joe B. Clayton, Jr.; two brothers, Donald Walker and Everette Walker; and one sister, Dorothy Taylor.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 12, 2018, with Brandon Smith officiating. Interment will follow at John Lay Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
