Mildred D. Holliman – Obituary

Mrs. Mildred D. Holliman, 90, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018, at Russellville Hospital. A native of Franklin County and a resident of Russellville all of her life, she was a retired LPN/x-ray lab technician for 42 years at Betty Wilson Hospital/Russellville Clinic. She was a member of Liberty Primitive Baptist Church in the Pleasant Grove Community. She loved her work, her patients, and Russellville. She also loved a walk every day.

Visitation for Mrs. Holliman will be Monday, April 9, 2018 from noon until 1:30 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home in Russellville. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. at Franklin Memory Gardens, Russellville, with Mike Irons officiating. Pallbearers will be Bruce Koep, Terry Risner, Ricky Seal, Thomas Greenhill, Hunter Greenhill, and Jerry Kimbrough.

Mrs. Holliman’s survivors include her daughter, Amanda Holliman Kimbrough; granddaughter, Dana Lynn Koep and her husband Bruce Koep; great-granddaughter, Gracie Lynn Koep; grandsons: Toby Kimbrough and Jay Kimbrough; sister: Marjorie “Snoot” Bragwell; sister-in-law: Wanda Holliman Risner; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and friends.

Preceding her in death were her husband who passed in 1987, Charles “Bud” Wilson Holliman; parents, Claud and Vida Daily; and brother, Curtis Daily.

The family would like to thank Russellville Healthcare for taking excellent care of our loved one. Special gratitude is also sent to Russellville Hospital, Dr. Almirol, and the ICU nursing staff. Our Mildred was blessed with loving professionals who made her feel special and loved, and for that, we are blessed.
