Shirley Anne Richards, 79, of Waterloo, passed away April 6, 2018.
Mrs. Richards was preceded in death by her parents William “Bill” Young and Clura Mae Moore Young.
She is survived by her daughters, Shani Ayers (Larry) of Florence, and Heather Hale (Richard) of Waterloo; and grandchildren, Lauryn and Alan Ayers, and Devan Hale.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set-up, in honor of Shirley Richards, at Bank Independent.
Greenview Funeral Home assisted the family.
