Terry Don Wisdom – Obituary

Terry Don Wisdom, 51, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away March 29, 2018. Mr. Wisdom was the Director/Supervisor of Maintenance for Meritage, which owns and operates several Wendy’s Restaurants. He loved his job which allowed him to travel across 5 states. He was a Baptist and member of Full Throttle Church, a member of Victory Riders Club, Boy Scout Troop Master Troop # 376, the bass player for Real Southern Grace, and an avid outdoorsman and bow hunter. He loved riding his motorcycle with both sons, Brandon and Blake, and with his group Victory Riders Club. He was stationed in Ft. Jackson with 101st Airborne Army.

 

Mr. Wisdom is survived by:

 

Wife: Nancy Bivens Wisdom

Mother: Pat Thompson

Father: Wayne Thompson

Sons:     Brandon (Hannah) Wisdom of Olive Branch, MS

Blake Wisdom of Key Largo, FL

Brother: Russ Thompson (Brooke) of McDonough, GA

 

He was preceded in death by:

 

Grandparents: Hassell and Canera Wisdom &

Marvin and Lucille Thompson

Nephew: Noah-Preston Thompson

Father-in-law: Melvin Eugene Bivens

 

He is also survived by his special dog, Dixie-his “Baby Girl”.

 

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 5-8:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Rowdy Daigle officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery with full military honors.

 

Pallbearers will be Brandon Wisdom, Blake Wisdom, Russ Thompson, Ned Servadio, Eli Jones, Michael Wolfe, Kenneth Pace, and James Springer.

 

Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
