It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Delia Mae Harwell, age 92, of Fayetteville, TN. Mrs. Harwell passed away on March 28, 2018 at Donalson Care Center.
She is survived by her sisters, Mary Ann Farrar and Peggy Goolsby, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, stepchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chesley Lee and Mary Morgan Jones Sims; first husband, Milton Payne; second husband, John Harwell; son, Chester Franklin Payne, Jr.; daughter, Glynn Morgan Beddingfield; brothers, Homer, Johnny, and Joe Sims; and sisters, Nanny Posey, Eleanor Richardson, Sue Payne, and Margaret Jones.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date. Higgins Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Harwell.
