Marvin “Buddy” Terry, 76, of Trinity, passed away Friday, March 23, 2018.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Doug Moody and Roger Loosier officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Terry is survived by his wife of 50 years, Naomia Terry; daughters, Michelle Terry Riggs (Jimmy), Kristy Terry Black (Anthony) and Kim Terry Watkins (Jamey); grandchildren, Sgt. Zack Jones (Ashlee), Tyler Jones, Chandler Cooper, LCpl Judd Black (Heather), Zeke Black, Morgan Watkins and Ashley Watkins; great-grandchildren, Kade Jones and Lilly Jones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Terry and Naomi Parker Terry; sisters, Rita Waters, Jennie Whitlow and Linda Sims.
Mr. Terry was a member of Caddo Congregational Christian Church. He retired from GM/Delphi where he was employed for 22 years, prior to that he was an over the road truck driver for 28 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and cattle farming.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and family.
