Thomas Wafford Christian, Jr., 86, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at his home after a short illness. He was born May 12, 1931, to Thomas Wafford and Nannie Moore Christian, Sr. He was a U.S. Veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He started working at Mueller Brass when they opened in Fulton, and retired after 25 years. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church for 60 years. His passion was gardening, and he enjoyed sharing his vegetables with many people. He was an avid Miss. State fan.

Services will be at 11:00 a. m. Friday at the Hopewell Baptist Church with Bro. Matt Hudson and Bro. Josh Parker officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Marilyn Moore Christian; one son, Greg Christian (Brenda) of Douglasville, GA; two daughters, Sherry Hill (Steve) of the Carolina community, and Angie Bunch (Mike) of Aberdeen; two sisters, Verna Mosley of Bartlett, TN, and Dorothy Stephens of Raleigh, NC; seven grandchildren, Daniel Bunch, Lee Bunch (Megan), Ben Hill, Zach Christian, Ethan Christian, Jeremy Christian, and Adam Christian; one great granddaughter, Rae Ann Bunch; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters, and his parents.
Pallbearers will be his Grandsons.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Carson, Joe Loague, Richard Rodgers, and members of the Adult 1 Sunday school class.

Visitation will be from 5:00 -8:00 p. m. Thursday at McNeece -Morris Funeral Home in Fulton and from 10:00 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.
