Brenda Katherine Vandiver, 75, Russellville, began sleeping the endless dream on Monday, March 19, 2018, and now enjoys a new life free from chronic pain and multiple health complications that made life on earth very challenging. Loved ones will remember Brenda for her kindness, laughter, and pure heart, and also carry fond memories of her with them for remaining days.

Brenda attended the Church of Christ for the majority of her life – that is, until her medical condition prohibited her from doing so.

She is survived by her husband Edward Keith Vandiver, daughters Melanie Kilburn and Renee Hardin, sons Greg and Jeff Vandiver, sons-in-law Gary Hardin and Michael Kilburn, and daughter-in-law Isabel Vandiver. Brenda had 6 grandchildren – which were Lacey Brooke Vandiver, the late Chance Vandiver, Megan and McKenzie Kilburn, Hannah Hardin, and John Vandiver.

Funeral services will be provided by Spry Memorial Chapel in Russellville on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, with visitation from 11am -1pm, and service immediately afterward in the chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Hopewell Church of Christ Cemetary in Lagrange. Bro. Tony Edwards will be speaking on Brenda’s behalf to help her journey begin in a new place where no tears are shed, and many flowers throughout the world will bloom in honor of her arrival.

Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
