Beam T. Brannon – Obituary

Mr. Beam T. Brannon, better known as “Jack” to family and friends, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018, at his home in Moulton, AL. A native of Colbert County, AL, he was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church and a retired farmer. He loved the outdoors and particularly enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was somewhat of a simple man who worked hard, loved his family, thought of friends like family, and followed the Golden Rule in dealing with his fellowman. He was a kind man with a helping hand and a kind heart.
Visitation for Mr. Brannon will be Friday, March 16, 2018, from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 17, at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Milton Channey officiating. Burial will be at Masterson Cemetery located in Moulton, Alabama.
Mr. Brannon is survived by his son, John T. Brannon and wife Brenda, and daughter, Ruby G. Hallman and husband Micheal. Nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 8 step great grandchildren, plus two step great-great grandchildren also survive him. Nieces, nephews, and friends survive him as well.
Preceding him in death were his parents, John S. and Essie Greenhill Brannon, and a daughter, Doris Jean Watkins.
