Three Arrested In Athens…Charged With Trafficking Meth

ATHENS-Athens Chief Floyd Johnson issued a statement concerning the arrest of three suspects on Monday, March 12.  The suspects have been charged with drug trafficking and are in the Limestone County Jail:

“Last night investigators with our department executed a search warrant at 132 Christopher Circle.

In the residence investigators located 96.6 grams of methamphetamine, three guns, and $400.00 cash.  

Arrested were Christopher Matthew Tennyson, Britney Michelle Black and Marcus Leo Kyle. They were all three have been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine.  

They were booked at the police department and transferred to the county jail.”
