Ms. Susan Walker, age 57, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Jackson. She was born October 1, 1960 in Jackson, Tennessee. She was a beloved teacher at Lexington High School for over 35 years and was LHS Annual Staff Director for many of those years. Ms. Walker was a friend to everyone and was always helping others. She loved to laugh and always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed spending time at her farm and especially loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Brett Walker (Ashley); her daughter, Sara Palomino (Arturo); her sister, Carolyn Hinson (Steve); her two grandchildren, Ethan Scott Walker and Avery Kate Walker; and her mother, Carolyn Sue Horton Scott. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Annoy Scott. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Susan Walker Scholarship Fund at First Bank in Lexington. Complete arrangements will be posted as soon as they become available.
