Tommy Ray Smith, Sr. – Obituary

Mr. Tommy Ray Smith, Sr., age 66, of Pikeville passed away unexpectedly March 7, 2018 at his home. He was born April 13, 1951 to Grady Harold Smith and Mary Kate Eads Smith, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Smith worked as a machine operator for over 40 years at Nabisco.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Christina Ricalde Smith; sons, Tommy Smith, Jr., Heath Smith, and John Dave Moreno; daughters, Teresa Smith-Nash and Christy Smith; sisters, Retha Adams, Connie Buice, Evelyn Chambers, Robin Hartsorn; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors also survive.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his brothers Harold and Jimmy Smith and sister Ada Ralston.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date in Georgia.

Layne Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

tommy smith (GA Tom) to all his friends from USA here philippines was a great friend and we all miss him dearly, rest in peace my friend we always will remember you as our dearest Ga Tom.
