Charles Wayne Parks, 87, died Monday, March 5, 2018, at the North Mississippi Medical Center.
Services will be at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday, March 7, at Bethel Baptist Church with Bro. Rob Francis officiating. Teresa Martin McNeece will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton is in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p. m. today ( Tuesday), March 6, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
The body will also lie in state at the Church from 10:00 to service time Wednesday.
The family ask that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Wayne Parks Memorial Scholarship Fund at I.A.H.S., 11900 Hwy. 25 S., Fulton, MS 38843.
