SHEFFIELD – This is a reprint from The Sheffield Police Department’s facebook page:

Police are looking for a local teenager who left home Monday afternoon and hasn’t contacted her family since.
Sheffield police detective Capt. Scott Wallace said Laura Willingham, 19, left her residence around 12:30 p.m. Monday afternoon in a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix.
“The family is very concerned because she had a severe medical condition that requires medication and for her to be on oxygen at all times,” Wallace said. “She did not take her medication with her and the family believed she only had enough oxygen to last until 10 p.m. Monday.”

Wallace said Willingham is not supposed to be driving because she doesn’t even have a driver’s license.
“We have information that she was last seen in Decatur around 5 p.m. Monday. She was alone going through a drive-through at a bank,” Wallace said. “But that is the last time anyone has seen her and no one that we have found has heard from her since she left.”
Willingham is described as being 4-foot-3 in height and weighing only 75 pounds. She has long brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone knowing anything about her whereabouts is asked to call the Sheffield police at 256-383-1771 or Shoals Area Crime Stoppers at 256-386-8685.
