Linda Earl Mahathy 62, of Decatur passed away Saturday, February 25, 2018 at her residence. She was born December 27, 1955 in Decatur to James and Lillie Storie Mahathy. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Winfred Storie. She was retired from GE after 29 years of service. She was a lifelong member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. She is survived by three brothers, Larry Mahathy, Hollis Mahathy and Lee Mahathy. A memorial service will be Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11:00am at the Fellowship Baptist Church with Reverend Martin Poe officiating. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
