Dyra “Dottie” Goolsby, 90, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018, at Her Residence in Saltillo. Services will be on 11 AM Friday February 16 at Pegues Saltillo Chapel. Visitation will be on 5-8 PM Thursday February 15 at Pegues Saltillo Chapel. Burial will follow at Tippah Memorial Gardens.
