Syvalouis Nance Sr., 95, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018. Public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, Leighton, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens, Tuscumbia. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tuskegee University School of Agriculture.
