Lester Worsham – Obituary

Lester Worsham passed away Sunday morning, February 11th, 2018, at NHC of Pulaski. He was born on October 30th, 1938 in Pulaski and was 79 years old.

Lester worked for Frank’s Vending for 42 years. He was a member of the St. Andrew United Memorial Methodist Church. Lester loved bluegrass music, square dancing, and the mountains.

Lester was a 33 Degree Scottish Rite Mason, a Past Master of Pulaski Lodge 101 F. & A. M., and a member of the Al Menah Shrine Temple.

Visitation will be 3 o’clock until 7 o’clock Tuesday, February 13th, 2018, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
A Masonic Service will follow at 7:00pm.
Funeral service will be 11 o’clock Wednesday, February 14th, 2018, in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Johnson and Rev. Brandon Bass officiating.
The burial will follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Andrew memorial United Methodist Church c/o 831 Mill St. Pulaski, TN or Pulaski Masonic Lodge 101 c/o 1103 East College Street Pulaski, TN 38478

He was preceded in death by his parents Meacham Felix and Sarah Frances Brooks Worsham. His wife of 30 years Juanita Atkins Worsham. Sister Linda Worsham. Uncle Ewing Brooks. Aunt Ruby Brooks Petty. Sister-in-law Wanda Worsham and Son-in-law Butch White.

He is survived by;
His wife Sandy Brock Worsham of Pulaski.
Step-sons, Ronnie (Charlotte) Martin of Pulaski.
Brad Martin of Sevierville, TN.
Dennis (Alesia) Janes of Pulaski.
Step-daughters, Rene White of Pulaski.
Barbara (Glen) Byrd of Maryville, TN.
Karen (Roger) Higgins of Pulaski, TN.
Sisters, Jean Weaver and Sue Vaughn of Nashville, TN.
Brother, Eddie Worsham of Pulaski.
Several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Several nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends survive.

Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Lester Worsham.
