Daniel Luke “Dan” Nolen, age 67, of Union Grove, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Nolen was born April 30, 1950 in Jefferson County, Alabama, to Reedy and Agnes Nolen. Mr. Nolen moved to the Union Grove area in 2010. He enjoyed boating, fishing, gardening, golfing and flying airplanes.
Mr. Nolen is survived by his wife of 5 years, Anna Pat Nolen; son, Scott (Tonia) Nolen; daughters, Stephanie (Jonathan) Gray & Leah (Jaimy) Alcala; sisters, Diana Walls, Jane Chamness & Sylvia Nolen; 12 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his son, Adrian Nolen and
his brother, Phillip Loyd Nolen.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Pastor Ronnie Robinson will officiate services with burial to follow at Beech Springs Cemetery Parches Cove with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel directing.
Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 12 noon, Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include; Kaleb Watts, Alex Alcala, Bret Nolen, Skylar Tidwell, Dillon Jarrett, Joey Tidwell, Carl Gray & Jason Carr. Honorary pallbearers; Ray Kelley, Steve Sutton, Seric Bell, Neal Shavers, Louis Andrivlli, Bill Barnard, Robert Conley, Steve Carr, Jonathan gray, Grant Rogers, Kenneth Green, Randy Maddox & Jerry Bullard.
