Sandra Isbell Rowland of the Woodville Community was born November 17, 1943, the daughter of the late William Claude Isbell and Virgie Irene Isbell. She was united in marriage to William Thurman Rowland on July 3, 1964. Mr. Rowland preceded her in death on April 11, 2000.
Mrs. Rowland attended Center Ridge Pentecostal Church. She worked for approximately 15 years at Brown Shoe Company in Selmer. She was a very good seamstress and did sewing for the public. She loved being with her family and enjoyed gardening and cooking. Mrs. Rowland departed this life on February 8, 2018 at the age of 74 Years, 2 Months, 22 Days.
She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Todd; a granddaughter, Allison Faith Todd; a sister, Doris King, all of the Woodville Community; a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Rowland was preceded in death by a sister, Willie Jo Moore.
