Funeral services for Ms. Jean Beatty, age 72, are scheduled for 3 PM, Friday, February 9, 2018 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Old Center Cemetery. Ms. Beatty passed away Wednesday in Jackson. She was born April 3, 1945 in Haywood County to the late Edward and Mary Bell Jones Butler. She was a retired Cashier for Piggly Wiggly. Survivors include her son, Raymond Beatty (fiancée Sandra Austin); her sister Edwina Mitchum; and her nephew Roger Smith (Sandy). She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Ray Bea
