William “Bill” Jackson Enloe Jr., 90, of Florence, passed away Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, from 5-8 p.m., at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral services begin 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26, in the chapel, with burial to follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Larry Kilpatrick officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Theodosia Gilbert Enloe Sr.; wife, Ethel Enloe; brother, Joe Enloe; and sisters, Lillian Addison and Theo Huff.
Survivors include son, Rodger Enloe (Jyrita), of Florence; daughter, Nancy Enloe Kource, of Huntsville; son-in-law, David Kource; grandchildren, Amy Weaver (Cain), Eric Enloe (Toni), Jennifer Owens and Kyle Enloe; great-grandchildren, Kameron Enloe, Xavier Owens, Brayden Weaver, Anna Claire Enloe, Isabella Weaver, Reece Enloe and Ava Rose Weaver; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Enloe was a WWll veteran of the U.S. Army, a member of Cox Blvd. Church of Christ, a retired educator, minister and elder, and also retired from Reynolds Aluminum after 35 years of loyal service.
