Lecie “Dimples” Estille Moody, 95, of Double Springs, entered into rest on February 7, 2018 at Hendrix Health Care.

Mrs. Moody was born on July 10, 1922, in Russellville, Alabama. Lecie was known as “Dimples” by family and friends. Dimples married the love of her life, Mr. Selva “Dub” Moody, then moved to Double Springs. Dimples was a tax collector for Winston County for numerous years, after the passing of her husband.

Graveside services will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Fairview Church Cemetery in Double Springs, Alabama.

Dimples is survived by her nieces, Virgina Morton, Susie Robertson, and Deborah Hamilton; nephews, Thomas Plylar, and Roger Tomplins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Selva “Dub” Moody; son, Ronnie Moody; parents, Maudie Levi and Susie Plylar; a brother and three sisters.
