Bernard Ralph Niebur, age 83, of Culleoka, Tennessee passed away on January 28, 2018 at his residence.
Bernard is survived by his wife, Bonnie Niebur and daughters, Melissa (David) Giardano and Cheryl (Ross) Pettit as well as 4 grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
