Ruby Brooks Petty of Pulaski passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at NHC Healthcare in Pulaski. She was born in Minor Hill, Tennessee on May 7, 1923 and was 94 years old.
She retired from Farmers Mutual Insurance Company and was a member of Fiducia Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She loved her family, working in her flowers at home and traveling with her husband.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 6th from 1:00pm until 2:00 at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral service will follow visitation on Tuesday at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Wendel Wilburn officiating.
Burial will take place in Maplewood Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Will Wilson Petty, parents, Floyd Ewing and Lemora Kimbrough Brooks, brother, Ewing Brooks, sisters, Frances Worsham and Margaret Harwell.
She is survived by her,
Nieces, Jean Weaver and Sue Vaughn of Hermitage
Nephews, Lester (Sandy) Worsham and Eddie Worsham of Pulaski.
Several grand-nieces and grand-nephews and great grand-nieces and great grand-nephews along with many friends also survive.
