Graveside services for Ms. Debbie Meadows, age 66, are scheduled for 2 PM on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Middlefork Cemetery. Ms. Debbie passed away early Sunday, January 28, 2018 in Lexington, TN. She was born September 11, 1951 in Madison Co., TN. She was a member of Middlefork Baptist Church and loved riding horses and taking care of her dogs. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Howard “Blackie” Meadows Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Kelly (Brandon) Avery, her mother, Eva Little Wilson, and a brother, Ronnie Meadows (Jackie) of Mt. Juliet, TN.
