Elnora  “Dottie” Hornsby, 70, of Arab passed away Friday January 26, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital.
Mrs. Hornsby was born September 13, 1947 in Cullman County to Rayburn Miller and Tressie Kelley Miller. She was a 1965 graduate of Priceville High School and she also graduated from Wallace State. She worked as a secretary/clerk for Joppa Hulaco Ryan Water Authority until she retired in 2016. She was married to Danny Levoyd Hornsby for 30 years. Mrs. Hornsby enjoyed singing, reading and helping at her church school.
Mrs. Hornsby was a member of Cornerstone Revival Center in Cullman.
She is survived by her husband: Danny Hornsby; her children and in-laws: Andy Cluxton and Anna, Michael Cluxton; Holly Artis and Ken; her step daughter: Amanda Willis and James; her grandchildren: Dylan Artis, Zachary Artis, Candice Cluxton, Harley Willis and Hannah Willis; her brothers and sisters-in-law: Dicky Miller and Gloria, Ricky Miller and Polly; her sisters and brother-in-law: Linda Reid and Benny, Nell Noble and Shirley Horton. She was preceded in death by her parents: Rayburn and Tressie Miller; her grandchildren: Blake Cluxton and Kirk Cluxton and her brother: Donald Ray Miller.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday January 30, 2018 at Cornerstone Revival Center with Brothers: Greg Wilbanks and Jeremy Wilbanks, officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Artis, Zachary Artis, Adam Roberts, Braxton Miller, Scott Miller and Tim Yancy.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday January 29, 2018 at Cornerstone Revival Center 3151 Alabama Highway 69 North Cullman, Al. 35058.
