She was born Wednesday, December 11, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH. She was the daughter of Ruel Bell and Dorothy Sandlin. She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers ,Don Bell and Edward Bell, and sister, Ruth Bell.
She is survived by her husband – Joel McKenna, Toney, AL, and Daughter – Celeste McKenna Lagrant, Holiday, FL, Sisters – Lois Lanier, Harvest, AL, Janice Burton, KY, Faye Wilburn, Louisville, KY, Nancy Bebber, Montpelier, VA, Sue Casen, MT, and Betty Bell, KY. Three grandchildren, Joseph, Joel and Kylie and a great grandchild, Joseph Raymond. Several nieces and nephews., .
