Ruth Dupre Smith, 97, died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Christ Chapel, Florence. The funeral will be noon Wednesday at the church, with burial in Florence City Cemetery. She was the wife of the late Jack Thomas Smith. Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence, is directing.
