Marcie Lou Burbank Rogers , 87, of Killen, AL, passed away January 5, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker and mother and a member of Shiloh Church of Christ.

Ricky Lane Rogers (Sonja)

Daughters: Linda Rogers Faires (Ronnie)

Leah Rogers Heupel (Matt)

Grandchildren: Marty Rogers (Amy)

Anna McKinnon

Julie Allen (Blake)

Laura Poss (Kyle)

Audrey Faires (Pete)

Lydia Slagle (Mark)

Emma, Carson, & Carter Heupel

Great-grandchildren: Alex & Abby Rogers

Lila, Brady, & Jace McKinnon

Ada & Annie Allen

She was preceded in death by parents Hobart McKinley Burbank and Clarinda Elizabeth Hill Burbank and husband Douglas Rogers.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 11:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M. at Shiloh Church of Christ. The funeral service will follow at the church at 1:00 P.M. with Matt Heupel and Ronnie Faires officiating.

Pallbearers will be Marty Rogers, Alex Rogers, Blake Allen, Mark Slagle, Jim Wallace, and Thomas Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Poss, Candler McCombs, Houston Wallace, H.L. Butler, Carson & Carter Heupel, and Brady & Jace McKinnon.

The family would like to send a special thanks to Amy Mahers, Kindred Hospice employees especially Norma, Sandy, Jamie, & Misty, and anyone else who offered to help during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Shiloh Cemetery Fund 2605 CR 344 Florence, AL 35634.
