Louis Hampton Mayo was my father. He was actually from Mobile, Alabama–my hometown. And he was originally from Pensacola, Florida–where I now reside.

My father was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force–and of the Korean War.

He was also a proud descendant of Confederate veterans–as I am.

In fact, he was named after his father, William Louis Mayo, whose hometown was Century, Florida, and his great grandfather, Wade Hampton Mayo–who was named after the great Confederate General, Wade Hampton.

The posthumous extermination of the Confederate States of America is destructive to the United States of America–and I continue to fight this destruction in honor of my father, of his father, of his grandfather, and of his great-grandfather.

Correction: Wade Hampton Mayo was my father’s grandfather–not his great-grandfather.
