Nancy Lou Walton, 83, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Diversicare in Amory. She was born December 12, 1934, to Joseph William and Emma Lee Reese Devall. She worked in the garment industry for many years. She was a member of Big Oak Baptist Church. She enjoyed being outside working in her flowers and garden and going to church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 23, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Doug Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Bourland Cemetery.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Courtney (Donnie) of Mooreville; one son, Michael Walton of Tupelo; one sister, Martha Rae Frazier of Louisiana; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Howard Walton; one grandson, Dakota Courtney; her parents; and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
