Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church (710 Dan Crutcher Road Toney, AL 35773) with Dr. Ernest Williams officiating. Interment will be in Crutcher-Seay Cemetery. Deacon Scruggs will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
