FLORENCE-In an attempt to have people with warrants from Florence Municipal Court a chance to get them taken care of before the Christmas Holiday, Judge Smith and Florence Municipal Court has declared Tuesday, December 12, 2017, and Thursday December 14, 2017, to be an Amnesty Day for anyone with outstanding warrants from their court.  The person with the warrant must sign-in between 8 am to 9:30 am.   They will not be arrested.  They will see the judge, get a new court date, and the warrants will be recalled.

There are currently over 6000 warrants.  A list of everyone with warrants will be at www.florenceal.org/Public_Safety/Police.
