Barbara Sue Mills, 74, died Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. She was born November 25, 1943, to Phillip Hoyle and Maudean Gray. She was a member of Big Oak Baptist Church. She worked in manufacturing before becoming disabled. She was a member of the Homemakers Club. She enjoyed working outdoors, especially with her flowers, and reading.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, December 8, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Frank Panzrino officiating. Burial will be in Walton Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, James R. Mills of Fulton; one daughter, Susan Christian (Steve) of Ballardsville; one son, Jamie Mills (Tina) of Fulton; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Lee Elton Gray; one sister, Louise Donald; and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Casey Christian, Drew Christian, Austin Mills, David Walls, Gaylord Gray, and Jimmy Palmer.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Thursday at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
