Betty Narmore, 85, of Center Star, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Mitchell Hollingsworth Nursing Home. Visitation will be Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Elkins East Chapel from 3:00pm until 5:00pm.The Service will be Monday, November 27, 2017 at Elkins East Chapel beginning at 11:00am. Brother W.L. Wallace will be officiating. Burial will be at Center Star Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Narmore; parents, Archie and Mavis Snoddy; brothers, Thomas Reeder Snoddy and Henry Maples Snoddy; sisters, Lucille Snoddy Holden and Lela Snoddy Dison
She is survived by her son, Mark Narmore (Sandy); grandchildren, Faith Narmore and Joshua Narmore; brothers, Billy Snoddy (Nancy), Johnny Snoddy (Merle); sister, Marie Oldham; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a lifelong church member of Center Star Church and worked at Maries Beauty Shop in Center Star.
