Christine Grant Miller passed away Thursday morning, November 23, 2017, at NHC of Pulaski. She was born October 23rd, 1920 in Giles County and was 97 years old. She was retired from Hillside Hospital and was an avid bird lover. Christine loved to walk and was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved children, especially her grandchildren, and loved to work in her flowers.
Visitation will be 12 o’clock until 2 o’clock Sunday, November 26, 2017, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
The burial will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis< TN 38105.
She was preceded in death by her parents Alonza and Bertha Beadle Grant. Husband, J. C. Miller. Daughter, Margaret Miller Maddox. Sons, Mike, Dennis, and Bobby Miller. Brother, Robert Allen Grant. Half Brothers, Roy Grant, Jessie Travis, and William Travis.
She is survived by her daughter, Susie (Ralph) Millican of Bunker Hill.
Son, Thomas (Ilka) Miller of North Carolina.
