Della V. James, 87, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 24, 2017, from noon-1 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with a graveside service to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Jim Koscheski will be officiating.
Mrs. James was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Katie Culipher; husband, William M. James; and sisters, Lucille Roberts and Pauline Beale.
She is survived by her sons, William J. James, of Huntsville, Robert F. James (Elizabeth), of Florence, and Harry A. James (Debra), of Sheffield; grandchildren, Brad James, Tracy Burns, Jason James, Joshua James, and Matthew James; seven great-grandchildren; as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
Colbert Memorial Chapel is assisting the family.
