Mable Jean – Obituary

Mable Jean, formerly of Town Creek, Alabama, left this life for her heavenly home on Nov. 15, 2017, at Westside Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dothan, Alabama. Her funeral will be Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Jackson Memory Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. She was born Oct. 8, 1943, to Silas and Mable Kirby Agee.

Mable Jean was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Marvileen “Poochie” Nichols and Marceleen Childress; and two brothers, Nathaniel “Doc” Agee and Darnell Agee.

She is survived by daughter, Cindy Tidwell, and special friend, Debbie Egres, of Huntsville, Alabama; son, Keith Martin, Dothan, Alabama; sisters, Lois Cornelison (Robert), Marshfield, Missouri, and Peggy Agee, Muscle Shoals, Alabama; brother, Charles Agee (Sherry), Town Creek, Alabama; special brother-in-law, Ervin Nichols, Town Creek, Alabama; grandkids, Lee Brannan (Kena), Huntsville, Alabama, and Reese, Ellie and Will Martin, Dothan, Alabama; and great-grandkids, Grayson, Kitt and Nash Brannan, Huntsville, Alabama.

Pallbearers are Wesley and Evan Jackson, Jason Childress, Ronnie Agee, Brad Mardis, and Chris Dozier.

Keith and Cindy would like to give a special thanks to Chris and Roxanne Dozier for all the love, care, and time you shared with our mother.
