Frances Barton Brooks, age 88, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away November 11, 2017.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Haleyville.
Visitation is Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 12 noon – 12:30 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville. Funeral service is at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Nathan Carroll officiating. Burial in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Brad Brooks and Randy Brooks; sister, Ann Posey; 3 grandchildren, Stephanie Brooks Rhodes(Brian), Conan Randall Brooks(Maggie), Jennifer Brooks Best(Dave); 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sanford Fount and Allie Matilda Cooper Barton.; and husband Jack Brooks.
