Mr. Roy Lee King, 54, passed away unexpectedly, early Sunday Morning November 12, 2017 at the Saint Thomas Riverpark Hospital in McMinnville.  He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 12, 1962.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Venus King and his brother, Donald King.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Altamont Ward.  He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan through the good and the bad. He was employed by Miniture Precision Components at Morrison, TN and previously at Grandview Medical Center in Jasper, TN

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Stone King; sons, Chase Lee King and Briley Kendal King; mother, Roberta Pike Rowe brothers, Dan (Ann) and David King; sisters, Sherry Krickel and Dyanne (Jerry) Kaczmarek; loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Mormon Church in Altamont with Bishop Jody Campbell and Aaron Barrett officiating with burial to follow in the Fults Cemetery. Visitation: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee and 11:00 AM until time of service at the Church on Wednesday. www.laynefuneralhome.com
