Mr. Paul Wells, age 70, a resident of Lewisburg, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Lourdes Church in Enola, PA with Father Donald H. Bender. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Linglestown, PA. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with local arrangements.
Born on August 4, 1947 in Lynnville, TN, Paul was the son of the late Woodrow Wells and the late Mary Tom Fitzpatrick Wells. He was a veteran of the United States Army and previously worked as the office manager for Roadway Trucking Company. Paul was a simple man who loved farming, gardening, and canning. He was a very good cook who made delicious fudge!
He is survived by his daughters: Michele (Robert) Garrard of Florence, AL, Melissa (Eric) Smith of Laurel, MD; sister: Hilda Reid of Nashville, TN; and five grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Salitis Wells in 1994.
