Funeral services for Earlon Marcell Hancock, 76, of Hanceville will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Paul Rivers and Rev. Louie Fincher officiating with interment in Good Hope Cemetery.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Hancock passed away November 1, 2017. He was born September 21, 1941 to Lem Arvel and Elsie Mary Frances Sanders Hancock. Marcell was completely devoted to God, his wife and family. He loved unconditionally and always gave selflessly to everyone he met. He (Daddy) was an example of what it means to work hard, stand true and be the man God called him to be.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Jewell Hancock; daughters, Clarissa (Rodney) White, Marsha (Anthony) Hale, Mary (Jeff) Hale; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation for Mr. Hancock will be Saturday evening from 5:30-9 p.m.
