Customer First Award – University Dealership wins National Recognition

FLORENCE – General Manager, Jeff Feltner and Sales Manager, Greg Turpin, University Cherokee-Dodge-Jeep-Ram-FIAT are understandably proud of the hard work their team has put in this pat year. They have excelled in Customer Satisfaction on a national Level.

The Customer First Award is given to FCA US dealerships that are recognized as being leaders in customer sales and service experience. This is our 2nd year to earn this prestigious award.
FCA US created the Customer First Award for Excellence with its dealer partners and J.D. Power to improve customer satisfaction with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM and FIAT dealerships in the United States with a specific focus on the sales and service experience, employee training and facility conditions. In order to earn a Customer First Award for Excellence, dealerships must achieve stringent goals in five core “pillars”.

2. Performance Measures – Dealership has achieved highest levels of customer-oriented sales and service goals
3. Training Certification – Employees have received the highest level of required FCA-certified training

5. Process Validation – Certified sales and service processes that support excellence in customer handling
