Betty Ann Howell, 82, of Decatur, passed away on Oct. 27, 2017. Her visitation will be today, Oct. 30, 2017 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. Her funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Entombment will be in Roselawn Mausoleum.
She is survived by her daughters Diane Howell Robinson (Doug) and Karen Hall (Bob); son, Charles Howell Jr.; and daughters, Patricia Howell Hollingsworth (Harry) and Nancy Whiteside (Dwayne); grandchildren, George Nikolakis, Charles Robinson, Emily Robinson, Mitchell Whiteside, and Tyler Roberts; and a very special niece, Kristy Wawryk; and sister, Phyllis Wawryk (Allan).
She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Howell Sr.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Summerford Nursing Home, especially the staff of 1st north.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
