Tommy Mimms, Jr. of Pulaski passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, TN. He was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on July 16, 1940 and was 77 years old.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army National Guard , a member and song leader at Beech Hill Church of Christ, was interested in Civil War History, loved to work with his hands and faithful about visiting the nursing homes.
Visitation will be on Monday, October 23rd from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 24th at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Beech Hill Cemetery with full military honors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Cross Mimms, Sr. and Irene Ashe Mimms.
He is survived by his,
Wife of 57 years, Cherry Lee Underwood Mimms of Pulaski
Son, Eric Hamilton (Ginger) Mimms of Murfreesboro, TN.
Son, Edward Randal (Nancy) Mimms of Elmwood, TN.
Grandchildren, Jimmy Watts, Jacob Mimms, Dustin Mimms, and Ben Mimms all of Elmwood, TN.
