Suspect Indicted On Sexual Abuse Charges Stemming From April Incident

FLORENCE-The Florence Police issued a statement regarding the grand jury’s decision to indict a suspect on charges of Sexual Abuse:

“Gerald L Crittenden, B/M 27yoa, Killen, Al
Mr Crittenden was arrested on a Grand Jury Indictment for Sexual Abuse, he is in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on a $25,000.00 bond.

Mr Crittenden has been charged with having unwanted sexual contact with a 16-year-old female. This incident occurred in April of this year at the females father’s home in Florence.

This case was presented to the September Grand Jury where they True Billed it.”
