Miss Charlotte Marie Groves, age 63, of Decatur, died Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at her residence. She was born January 9, 1954, in Morgan County, AL to Edgar Rand Groves, Sr. and Mildred Jones Groves. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Edgar Rand Groves, Jr.
She was a long time employee of the State Department of Human Resources where she worked in administration.
Miss Groves is survived by two sisters, Deborah Rutherford and husband, Buford, of Decatur, and Glenda Megyesi and husband, Rick, of Waco, TX; and several nephews and nieces.
